Inbound Sales Consultant

Our client an award winning finance company based an Petersfield, is currently looking to recruit Inbound sales consultants to join a growing team, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven and has proven track record within a sales environment. The company invests in the training and development of all employees and offer a friendly and approachable working environment.

Key responsibilities:

· Outbound calling to new and existing customers through various marketing campaigns to help grow our direct customer base

· Communicating with customers throughout the application process, via telephone and email

· Working with internal customers in accordance with company underwriting policy

· Receiving inbound calls from customers to discuss specific applications

· Managing the customers expectations regarding delivery and completion time scales

· Effectively liaise with dealerships and third party finance companies to gain the information we require to reach a successful completion

· Package the documents together to send to the payments team informing the customers

· Completing the deal and informing the customers that the funds have been released

The person specification:

· Possess high energy levels and be able to demonstrate excellence in best practice

· Attention to detail

· The ability to manage a variety of tasks

· Requires resilience, determination and good negotiating skills

· Ability to operate on their own and as part of a team environment

· Ability to work between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8am-5.30pm

· Telesales background
