Our client has an immediate need for a high calibre CRM Manager.

Within the UK, our client is recognized as a leading leisure company, operating over 50 prime venues. Each venue offers bars, restaurants and live entertainment in addition to its core gaming products.
The company is highly respected, is a multi award winner and has continually invested in its UK portfolio. It has consistently refurbished its retail leisure sites whilst building brand new premises that offer the very best in gaming and entertainment.

As part of its plans to achieve an up lift in sales and profitability, it is seeking to recruit a CRM Manager based in Birmingham, the companys UK headquarters.
The CRM role is to be commercially focused and be responsible for assisting the Senior CRM Manager with campaign creation and development, developing test and learn programmes, liaising with agencies and ensuring best practice in all communication channels are adhered to.
Working closely with the Senior CRM Manager, this individual will deliver central CRM campaigns aimed at retail customers. Whilst building relationships with agencies, this person will work closely with the customer insight and business intelligence team to ensure campaigns are analysed pre and post delivery. You will also work with Regional Marketing Managers to deliver local CRM campaign plans.

Our client requires a dynamic individual who is in a CRM role currently and who is looking to take the next step up. You will have been a junior CRM for a couple of years and are now looking to progress.
