In this role you will become a crucial member of a small digital performance team, driving customer journey and product insights throughout the business. This role is perfect for autonomous and creative digital analysts who specialise in problem-solving and communicating data in a clear and concise way. This role spans global markets, allowing you the opportunity to travel internationally to offices in locations such as New York, Paris and Madrid!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the technical web analytics strategy and become the champion for Google Analytics within the business.
  • Develop and maintain performance reporting, identifying trends and making recommendations to the product and marketing teams.
  • Set up and measure A/B and Multivariate testing (MVT).
  • Lead and design the implementation of Web Analytics reporting, including overseeing the tagging implementation.
  • Provide in-depth insight into user behaviour, customer journey, conversion rate optimisation and funnel analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have previous experience working specifically as a Web Analyst.
  • Extensive hands-on experience using Google Analytics is essential - A working knowledge of similar tools (Omniture, Webtrends, Coremetrics etc.) is desirable.
  • Must have experience of A/B and Multivariate Testing (MVT).
  • Experience creating tracking codes and implementing Web Analytics tags is desirable.

SALARY

If successful in your application you will receive a basic salary up to £45,000 based on experience plus a benefits package.
