ofo was founded in 2014 and is the world’s first "non-docking" bicycle-sharing platform operated via a simple mobile app. Combining the idea of the sharing economy and smart appliances, ofo enables users to hire a bicycle anytime and anywhere.
ofo has selected Cambridge as the first city for its European launch and we are seeking a highly-driven Marketing Executive to join our successfully hired team with a passion for cycling in Cambridge.
You will be a creative and confident communicator who can develop and run engaging marketing campaigns across a range of channels to include social media and direct face to face campaigns. With the support of our Marketing agency you will be responsible for raising awareness of ofo to our target audience to drive downloads of the app and ultimately bicycle hires. You will constantly assess the effectiveness of your campaigns and make changes and improvements to your campaign plan to improve customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate will be a marketing graduate with some commercial experience of running successful B2C marketing campaigns both on and offline. This will include creating engaging content for social media platforms Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and website.
You will be a confident individual with some ability to present our bike sharing platform to members of the public in a compelling and engaging manner which encourages people to use an ofo bike. The successful Marketing Executive will also be comfortable using photo editing software such as Adobe InDesign or Photoshop.
