Contract Enquiries Advisor - South Manchester
£15,750 starting salary + uncapped monthly commission (OTE £21,000 rising to £23,000 after 15 months) + up to a 10% annual performance bonus
Monday to Friday, 40 hours plus breaks, NO Evening, Weekend or Bank Holiday Working
The role: Become a Contract Enquiries Advisor at our contact centre in South Manchester and you’ll be responsible for handling a number of varied issues one of our potential business customers may have following a sale, with the aim of preventing a cancellation.
Once fully trained, you will have an excellent understanding of the packages and benefits across the full range of our products. You will be able to provide advice to our customers across a wide range of issues including being highly skilled at negotiating your way through potential new offers from other suppliers.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking the stability of a customer service role without losing the fast paced nature of a sales environment. The role is phone based so you’ll need to be an excellent communicator as your interaction at this stage will be critical to creating the best first impression to our new customers.
If you are target driven with good negotiating and influencing skills this role will be ideal for you. Previous experience in a customer facing, fast paced environment would be advantageous but is not essential. You can expect a comprehensive 2-3 week induction and training programme before you start your new role and plenty of opportunities for progression and development along the way.
