Our clients are a prestigious and respected law firm with an increasingly busy property department.
Currently they are seeking a Post Completions Administrator to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, effectively dealing with registrations through Land Registry using technical knowledge to a high standard within deadlines, communicate with Land Registry, Lenders, Landlords and Lawyers to chase documentation, collate documentation, checking registrations are received, closing files and balance clearing.
