The Telesales team at IN-SYNC are responsible for selling VAT services to contractors in the self-employed market, helping them to reclaim VAT rebates from HMRC.
Using warm leads passed over from the Business Development team, the Telesales Executives contact individuals who are not yet VAT registered to explain the benefits of the Flat Rate Scheme service and how being registered can help them to increase their income. To be successful in this role, you will require a resilient and pro-active attitude to work and will be able to demonstrate a motivated and determined approach to acheiving targets.
Whilst prior experience in a Telesales role would be preferred, it is by no means essential; full product training will be provided in addition to sales specific coaching and training.
In addition to a basic salary, this role includes an uncapped commission structure.
Our offices are currently based in a rural location (Elstead, Surrey), however we will be moving to a town centre location (Farnham, Surrey) later in 2017.
