We are looking for someone to join the core UK Trading and Optimization team.
They will be working in a close team optimizing Search targeting display, video and mobile campaigns. Liaising with Client Strategy, Technology, product and Analytics teams on a daily basis.
The candidate must have extensive trading experience with a strong technical understanding of programmatic buying and RTB through major DSPs.
They need to be self-motivated and have a passion for making campaigns a success. Not afraid to test a wide variety of optimisation methodologies.
- Optimising multiple Search targeting Display campaigns
- Reporting to an Trading Manager
- Liaising closely with Client Strategy, Technology, Analytics and Sales Departments
1. Min 1 year experience using Appnexus or DBM consoles or similar
2. Good understanding of Search (SEA,SEO) and user journeys (preferable)
3. Proven track record in optimising programmatic, direct response and brand advertising campaigns via real time bidding platforms
4. Previous experience in display, video and mobile campaign optimisation
5. High success rate in hitting client goals - CPA, CTR, ROI, COS, VTR, etc
6. Strong understanding of UK publishers and exchanges
7. Clear communication and organisation skills - examples of working with clients and agencies.
8. Good excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas)/Strong analytical mindset
9. Strong problem solving related skills - able to discuss in interview
10. Ability to work well under pressure and within a team
