Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive
Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/CILEX/Licensed Conveyancer
A firmly established multi-office regional practice is keen to add an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to its expanding Residential Property Team which is based at the firm's Merry Hill office.
The firm is a full service Legal 500 listed practice that has offices across the West Midlands, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire and which is renowned for offering the full spectrum of legal services to both individuals and commercial entities.
The Residential Property Team is undergoing a period of growth and so is keen to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its established team. The team currently comprises a mix of solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers and experienced non-qualified fee earners.
The team deals mostly in Private Client work and has very few panel referrals so this role is ideal for those who relish a large amount of face to face client time.
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience of dealing with all aspects of the residential conveyancing process and will ideally be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. Equally, the firm is keen to hear from non-qualified fee earners who can demonstrate the requisite experience within residential property.
Whilst the firm is very keen to promote progression, it strives to maintain a relaxed and friendly environment so this is a great opportunity for those who might feel that progression opportunities are limited in their current role.
The firm prides itself on promoting a work/life balance meaning that you will still be able to deal with high end quality matters at a firm that takes a much more pragmatic approach to caseload numbers.
A highly competitive salary and pension are on offer and the firm also closes over the Christmas and New Year so you are guaranteed to have the whole festive season off.
