My client is a leading US tech company, with a global and expanding presence. They are looking to hire a brand-new Business Development Representative Team lead for their global headquarters in Buckinghamshire (SL9), to keep pace with the continuing growth of the company. In the role, you would be the person responsible for building out and growing the team.
- Lead a team Business Development Representatives
- Motivate, inspire and drive your team to success
- Mentor on effective prospecting techniques and targeting
- Be yourself able and experienced on how to identify and reach out to potential clients, enabling the setting up of meetings between clients and sales managers
- Effective communication between yourself, your team and senior leadership
- Extensive lead generation experience
- An analytic mind and natural flair for sales
- A proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets, and an ability to talk through how you do/did it will be highly beneficial
- Experienced in tech Sales
- Comfortable leading training sessions and coaching members of your team
