Regional Sales Manager - East London, Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Suffolk

Managing, motivating and training a field sales team.
Lead and inspire the team.
Ensuring the team to meet and exceed targets, customer satifaction requirements and develop business
Define sales strategies and priorities.
Track competitor activity
Support the team in identifying and evaluating business opportunities.
Ensure that sales team performs tasks properly - including reporting and updating systems.
Dealing directly with critical key accounts.
Manage key customers in the area: planning, visits, development of the relationship, sales, etc.
Manage the relationship with major distributors.
Looking for an outgoing, sales focused, self-confident sales person who can negotiate at Director level.
Someone with current or previous man management experience, with the ability to lead by example and inspire a team.
Impact and influence over sales team and key customers.
Can show initiative to overcome obstacles.
Strong negotiation skills.
Customer orientated and results focussed.
Strong planning & organizing skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Can bind a team together to work hard for a common goal.
Flexibility to work to fulfil deadlines.
Knowledge of the kitchens, bathrooms, tiles, stone, interiors or construction industry.
