Alexander Daniels are currently working with a rapidly growing business based in Kidderminster based company who are looking to recruit a Billings Administrator to add to the existing motivated team. This company is well established and offers a very welcoming and supportive working environment.
The role itself is to assist with monthly billing of clients which includes processing and analysing large amounts of data and producing reports. A large part of the role is also dealing with customer queries and resolving issues surrounding the invoice itself/the billing cycle. You would also be expected to liaise with internal contacts on a day to day basis as well as speak regularly with suppliers to the business. In addition you will work with the business to improve systems and processes.
Skills required for this role include:
Excellent customer service
Some understanding of finance/invoicing
Accurate processing of invoices and information
A keen sense of responsibility and able to take ownership of a query until it is fully resolved for the customer
