As the Regional Director, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of Homes in, split between Buckinghamshire North London managing a team of around 8 Home Managers and a Clinical Lead. You will hold strategic and overall budgetary responsibility of c£18.5m, develop customer relationships and be responsible for financial performance and operational delivery and adherence to regulatory standards.
Furthermore, you will actively promote the service and The Fremantle Trust by clear, respectful, and helpful communication with all potential customers including people who use our services, relatives, health and social care professionals, other officials and contractors, visitors as well as the Fremantle Trust colleagues.
As well as being proactive and assertive, the successful applicant must have significant experience of working in care homes and proven multi-site experience within a leadership capacity. You will be organised, have a high attention to detail, whilst being able to work well under pressure and have a strong business acumen, focussing on quality and compliance.
