Electrical field service engineer (FSE), Slough/West London, £31k basic, £35k with overtime and call out, 17th Edition and some mechanical and basic plumbing experience required.

A straightforward manager is looking for a straightforward electrical field service engineer to help keep Michelin Star restaurants and international airports from having dirty dishes.

A well-established commercial dishwasher and glass washer installation and service company. They cover the whole country and have built up a very solid reputation with their clients and work force. They have a low staff turnover as their employees are always given training to make sure they are always well educated in the industry.

About the Role

You would be using your electrical skills to install, maintain and service commercial dishwashers. Your mechanical and basic plumbing knowledge will also come in handy. Full and extensive training will be provided so all you really need is to have the regs (17th Edition) and to know your way round a tool box.

It is a field service role, so you will like getting out and about meeting a variety of people in a variety of professions, you will also have experience as a field service engineer. You will enjoy different days with different challenges. You will be going to a Michelin star restaurant one day, and airports the next.

What Are We Looking For?

As this is an electrical field service engineer role you will have a driving license and the 17th Edition. Some mechanical and basic plumbing experience will be beneficial. This company like to think long term and are loyal to their staff therefore, ideally you will be looking for a long term opportunity.

As this company are highly customer focused you will take great pride in your work and enjoy taking responsibility for project and its outcome.

You will need to currently live in a SL, UB or TW postcode.

Pay and Benefits

So, what's on offer? As well as the chance to keep London's crockery sparking, there is a basic salary of £29,100, with a guaranteed bonus of £2,000 and overtime. We have placed people into this role who all take home around £35k.

You'll receive a usually brand spanking VW Transporter, your own tools and a petrol card that you can use in your own time to travel wherever you see fit, all paid for by the company. And that's not enough there's also BUPA healthcare and a 4% non-contributory pension.
