Excellent opportunity for a design architect to join a well-established architectural studio with offices across the South of UK.

The company are a forward thinking architectural company who are looking to grow their business across their sites with a position available for a Design Architect coming up in their Cardiff office. The company specialise in residential and retail architectural design and work with clients on a variety of projects from conceptualisation into construction. They are offering the right person a generous package as well as the chance to work for a vibrant and energetic company.

The core responsibilities of this role are the design of new concepts based on client requirements as well as project management, feasibility studies and handling all client requirements.

The right candidate will have previous architectural design experience and have managed their own projects.

*Front-end design of architectural concepts
*Project Management
*Feasibility studies and planning
*Liaising with clients

The person:
*Previously worked on design projects
*Experience running own projects
*Architectural qualified
