Renewal Sales Assistant
talentdesk are seeking a highly driven Renewal Sales Assistant to assist with managing our client who are based in Cambridge and their increasing demand for software products.

As Renewal Sales Assistant will communicate with customers through telephone and email to:
- Contact existing customers to discuss benefits of subscription renewal, clarifying their requirement needs and overcoming and objections
- Issue quotations and close renewal sale
The successful Renewal Sales Assistant will have previous sales/ customer service experience with excellent communication skills and self-motivation. .
