Senior Chef de Partie
Our Client's premises is going through a complete upgrade and the addition of a 150+ cover restaurant/function room, and is looking for and experienced hands on Senior Chef de Partie looking to make the next move to Sous Chef to work with our Head Chef in building a new and exciting business.
If you're someone that hits the ground running at every shift, who enjoys the fast pace of a kitchen and can consistently produce quality dishes under pressure. some experience of working with modern Combi-Steam ovens and commercial Sous-Vide methods would be an advantage. If you're a born team player who relishes taking responsibility for the running of the kitchen in the absence of the head chef, but also knows how to bring on junior members of the team be they temps or regular members of the brigade.
- to be responsible to the Head Chef
- to ensure all food is correctly served to the exacting standards as laid down by the Head Chef
- to ensure all statutory hygiene requirements are diligently followed, including daily, weekly & monthly records are kept in accordance with the Food Standards Agency's Safer Food, Better Business policies
- to constantly update your knowledge and skills for the good of the establishment.
