With an annual turnover of £30 million across 12 regional centres we are the UKs largest flooring contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team.

Salary £25,000, plus bonus and van

The Role:

  • Inspect and evaluate customer complaints and resolve to customers satisfaction at minimal cost. This will include fitting as required so it is also essential to maintain an adequate standard of fitting tools and equipment.

  • Maintain computer customer service records and ensure the service operation runs smoothly in order to achieve Company and personal targets.

  • Carry out measures and produce accurate room plans, ensuring floorings are ordered accordingly.

  • Ensure all estimations / documentation are completed accurately and on time

  • Ensure that all quotations are correctly calculated.

  • Carry out deliveries when directed

  • Ensure the customer service operation runs efficiently in order to achieve Company and personal targets

  • Liaise with Line Manager and co-operate effectively with other members of the team

    Minimise stock holding in the Region

  • Minimise stock loss by ensuring good housekeeping standards are promoted

  • Ensure the physical security of stock and Company assets

Key Skills:

  • Flooring experience is essential.

  • Full driving licence is required.

  • Must have the appropriate CSCS card to carry out this role.
  • You will be DBS checked which is a requirement of this role.
  • You will have good communication skills to enable you to provide excellent service to our customers as well as with your colleagues and site managers.
