Programmatic Operations Director (Global Client) - Media Agency

Company Background

Our client is the programmatic agency for a Global Media Agency Group. With a platform agnostic approach, our client are at the forefront of the programmatic space, using all major DSP's and continue to test new emerging technologies to ensure they can execute effective programmatic buying strategies on behalf of their clients, some of the world's leading marketers.

From London, their specialist team of programmatic consultants centrally manage multi-market campaigns across 27 countries in EMEA, from working with Marketers to build programmatic strategies, through to Traders implementing and executing campaigns.

The Role

  • Senior-level global operations focused role responsible for a very strategic client

  • Develop client specific global programmatic operational and planning processes

  • Drive programmatic adoption in global markets

  • Centralise best practices and support markets in execution of operational processes

  • Drive operational best practices and programmatic strategy across 30 + markets

  • Successfully roll out complex project across global markets

  • Resolve market challenges

Experience Required

  • 6+ years experience in digital media

  • 4+ years experience in the programmatic space

  • Experience working for a Brand, Media Agency or Agency Trading Desk is strongly preferred

  • Strong track record of rolling out global projects

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Strong knowledge of the programmatic and ad tech landscape

  • Proficiency in DSP’s, DMP’s, SSP’s, Ad Verification Platforms etc
