The Role - Marketing Manager & Ecommerce Manager

The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for putting together an overall marketing plan to focus on omni-channels through the website, social media sites, industry blogs and other avenues to further the awareness and demand for the products. Ideally you will know the Amazon market place or similar.

- Overseeing a team of 4 including a web designer, graphic designer, Marketing junior & a social media person
- Select, set up and manage all Ecommerce marketplaces
- Refine and implement marketing and sales strategy with specific focus on driving sales, growth & brand awareness within Ecommerce, exhibitions & events
- Assist the Vice President of Sales & Marketing in the planning. Forecasting, and management of the Ecommerce marketplace channels
- Manage reporting, analytics and insight on performance

Required Skills - Marketing Manager & Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional with Ecommerce experience that has the ability to help take this business to the next level by taking action and control of all projects, including exposure to catalogue marketing, design & print, exhibitions and events.

- Marketing Management experience and staff management
- Ecommerce experience with measurable results
- Proven capability in marketing strategy, conception, development & execution
- Experience of launching new products in new markets, including pricing and special offers
- Strong influencing skills coupled with being adaptable and flexible in approach resulting in being an inspirational leader
- Creative ability for the preparation and execution of exhibitions & events
- Manage the design and print when relating to a catalogue role out
- Proven track record and case studies
- Developing websites for sales gain
- Advertising and marketing experience
- SEO/SEM and PPC experience
- Social media (facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram etc)
- Ecommerce experience, preferably with Amazon, Google, Bing
- Working Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Graphic design experience preferable but not essential
- Ideally a degree in marketing or graphic design
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
