Pay and Reporting Manager

Based: Coventry & Warwickshire

This is a highly progressive organisation both in regard to evolution of their service and partnerships with providers. Services offered include, IT Support, Internet Connection, Inter-Site Communication and structured cabling, there are in addition numerous other services provided.

Key Purpose:

- To deal with all customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
- To ensure all daily, weekly and monthly admin duties are completed to ensure smooth running of the office.
- To ensure all orders are inputted within agreed timescales

Role Responsibilities:

- Orders- Process orders daily including all switch/data and Cloud orders
- Sales Log- To be updated daily by 2pm each day. Sales board update thereafter each day. Monthly figures to be emailed to the team daily at 2pm.
- Sch5 Checks- To be completed weekly on all products minus, switch, data and cloud. Compile a report every Thursday providing details of every order that is not sch5 over a week old. Orders to be updated on all orders continuously until paid.
- Cancellations- Weekly any desk/volume order must be fully investigated. Orders must be re-issued where possible. Report to be completed on Thursday detailing each genuine cancellation.
- Customer sat - Monthly calls made to won and lost opportunities. Report to be complied of data by the second week of the following quarter.

- To develop & operate a central recording & reporting mechanism to track all sales activity & performance.
- Manage and track all orders into the business through to timely closure
- Ensure customer orders are dealt with efficiently and right first time with no order discrepancy failures.
- Take inbound calls and promptly identify and resolve queries by liaising with the team and relevant departments.
- Proactively take on customer queries, ensuring all issues are dealt with promptly, keeping the customer contacted throughout the process.
- Complete adhoc reports on request from managers/MD
- To contribute positively to your own personal development through participation in coaching, training, and job shadowing.

The successful candidate should have the ability to exercise their role in the pursuit of achievement of the group strategy as a whole. In addition to this the role requires the capacity to understand and meet customer expectations where staffing ability is concerned.

Person and Skills Required:

- Accuracy is key

- Demonstrable commercial acumen
- Integrity and openness
- Knowledge of telecoms / telecommunications is highly advantageous though not essential
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- To ensure all orders are inputted within agreed timescales
