Our client, a highly progressive FTSE 250 organisation with a rapidly expanding global presence, is looking for an experienced Test Manager / Coordinator to take responsibility for their diverse testing function. This is an entirely new role and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to re-define, enhance and re-establish the testing environment across the business with responsibility for training a variety of users regarding best practice testing processes and procedures.

You will be educated to degree level and/or have the appropriate level of professional experience and possess a minimum of a BCS Software Testing certificate or equivalent. You should ideally have experience of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid software delivery methodologies and an appreciation of Test Automation. You will be required to create, implement, maintain and enhance test plans, test scripts and test methodologies that ensure exhaustive testing of all systems ensuring compliance with software / system specifications.

You will have exceptional stakeholder skills and a broad range of technical knowledge (particularly in the Microsoft arena). Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX CRM/ERP and background in Manufacturing or Retail would be a distinct advantage.
