Permanent part time administrator job based in Chester paying £17,000 FTE.
Your new company
An expanding manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Chester are currently looking to recruit for a confident part time administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. With an innovative product, they work with highly recognised names in the industry and are going from strength to strength in their market.
Your new role
Being a family run business, they require someone who is able to manage several responsibilities whilst working off their own initiative. Duties will include but aren't limited to: Answering telephone queries, diary management, processing sales orders on SAGE, dealing with post and deliveries, liaising with customers, scanning and updating the data base. You will also be assisting with basic accounting duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a flexible approach to your work and be able to learn new processes with ease. You will have a strong administration background in order for you to hit the ground running and due to the size of the company, be able to work autonomously successfully. You will be used to working within a manufacturing environment and enjoy working within a small team. Excellent IT skills are a must whilst SAGE experience would be advantageous. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively across all levels of a business.
