This is an opportunity to earn an exponential salary whilst working for a Multi-Million-pound provider of high quality engineering services providing into the Water & Utilities, Government Departments, Food & Drink, Low Carbon & Energy, Oil, Gas & Power, Municipal, Transportation, Environmental, Construction &Education. The business is investing heavily in the Water Technology division following an excellent growth period. Role Responsibilities:

    Responsibility for implementing a sales growth strategy Revisiting existing clients and accounts, cross selling and upselling on all services providedDerision of new business via networking, referrals and territory managementReporting Directly to the CEOAccount management of your regions portfolio Raw sales element Management of Key Performance IndicatorsEnsuring your on-going training and career development to ensure an improving, competent and up to date skill set and competency level within both the technical knowledge element of the role and senior level sales skillsDeveloping and maintaining relationships with customersWorking with the Operations team to identify new commercial opportunitiesChampion positive customer oriented culture through all areas of the business

The successful candidate should have the ability to exercise their role in the pursuit of achievement of the group strategy. In addition to this the role requires the capacity to understand and meet customer expectations where staffing ability is concerned.
