Regional Account Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Account Co-ordinator to join our client’s skills team in the North East. This is an important position in which you will be responsible for the engagement and development of regional employer relationships and the promotion of its apprenticeship offers.

Essentially you will be working closely with the Regional Performance Manager (Delivery) and generating apprenticeship enrolments in line with current caseload capacity and where directed, key growth areas.
A typical day will include:
• Delivering agreed performance targets and objectives.
• Identifying and pro-actively engaging with potential Apprentice learners through referral partners.
• Engaging with employers to secure Apprenticeship vacancies.
• Developing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to employers to secure new business.
You must have the following skills and experience:
Knowledge of government funded training programmes, including Apprenticeships and other workplace learning.
Qualification, training and assessment delivery.
Successfully selling Apprenticeships to employers.
Successfully engaging with learners and securing Apprenticeship places.
Working towards targets and effective negotiation skills.
Lateral thinking/problem solving skills.
