Our clients Education project in Ipswich is looking for a qualified and competent individual to deliver its level 1 & 2 construction courses.
The purpose of the role is to oversee day to day delivery of the construction courses that they deliver as well as supporting the delivery to all students as a team covering employability, CV, Interview skills, job applications etc.
The post holder will be required to have significant knowledge of how to engage and develop student's skills, through the delivery of entry level to level 2 qualifications and separately supporting the personal and social development which ensures personalised learning. The courses delivered are multi skills type courses, and so we are looking for individuals with knowledge relevant to this.
To develop, review and update individually negotiated personalised learning plans with identified learning aims, which are understood by the student and appropriate to their aspirations and abilities, leading where appropriate to nationally recognised qualifications, and with clear progression pathways to post compulsory education, employment or training.

The position will cover delivering courses on both the Study programme 16-19 year olds, as well as the schools programme, 12-16 year olds.
