The team are looking for someone with a keen interest in software coupled with excellent customer service skills, with a desire to gain experience to become an IT Implementation Consultant. An opportunity to join a growing company, to provide Software implementation consultancy to external clients. You will be fully trained on the Software Product and Technology inn order to work as part of the team providing UK wide clients with new modules and enhancements. You will be involved with testing software and providing training to clients. Over time you will have the skills to have responsibility for your own projects and customers.

Offering the opportunity to gain experience in:

- Offering professional consultancy advice.
- Defining data conversion requirements
- Set up & configure software
- Developing ad-hoc complex reports via Crystal and MS Reporting
- Product consultancy
- Understanding of basic database structures
- MSSQL Database table design/amendments
- Setup of field validation with the use of internal customisation tools (CL) based on SQL scripting
- Create SQL scripts to view and report on data
- Carry out acceptance tests on new product & solution releases
- Train users
- Manage implementation problems, escalating as appropriate

Key Skills:

- Graduate with degree (in an IT related or suitable alternative commercial) demonstrating a keen interest in starting a career in IT with focus on implementation of Software and Databases.
- Eagerness to learn and be challenged.
- Some exposure to databases such as SQL Server is ideal
- Good communicator
- Able to take on responsibility
- Good under pressure
- Proactive & self-motivated
- Ability to be diplomatic
- Good time management skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
