My client, a Times Top 100 Not-for-Profit company, are seeking a standalone HR Manager to join them in their London HQ. This will suit an individual who has worked in either a standalone or a small team before, and is keen to run a HR function for a leading Charity.This is a hands-on role, both operationally and strategically, with great exposure to the people of the business and the beneficiaries. A true generalist position, you will need to have good knowledge of ER, have implemented learning and development strategies and have managed a recruitment process before, as well as been involved in employee engagement before.Duties will include:Advising and supporting Managers on a wide range of ER issuesDeveloping and implementing high quality HR policies and proceduresBuilding and managing effective recruitment processesDeveloping a learning and development frameworkSupporting the performance management processThey are looking for a confident self-starter who can work autonomously and pick up on the development of the business. Based in East London, you will also need to manage a small client group in their other UK offices.
