My client, a Times Top 100 Not-for-Profit company, are seeking a standalone HR Manager to join them in their London HQ. This will suit an individual who has worked in either a standalone or a small team before, and is keen to run a HR function for a leading Charity.

This is a hands-on role, both operationally and strategically, with great exposure to the people of the business and the beneficiaries. A true generalist position, you will need to have good knowledge of ER, have implemented learning and development strategies and have managed a recruitment process before, as well as been involved in employee engagement before.

Duties will include:

Advising and supporting Managers on a wide range of ER issues

Developing and implementing high quality HR policies and procedures

Building and managing effective recruitment processes

Developing a learning and development framework

Supporting the performance management process

They are looking for a confident self-starter who can work autonomously and pick up on the development of the business. They have a fantastic company culture, both social and supportive.

Paying up to £40,000, they offer a fantastic benefits package including 30 days holiday and flexible working hours. Based in East London, you will also need to manage a small client group in their other UK offices.
