The Client

Our client is an ambitious Content Marketing agency with an award-winning team, based in Leamington Spa. They deliver exceptional content across print and digital for a range of top UK brands across an array of sectors including high-end retailers, sports, fashion, lifestyle and automotive.

They are now looking for a passionate, gregarious and confident Content Manager to join the team.

The Role

Based in their Leamington Spa offices, but with opportunities to be out and about researching, this Content Manager role is perfect for someone looking to make the next move in their Content Marketing career.

Working primarily on a motorcycle account, this role requires someone who is socially, technically and content savvy, but with the punch and gravitas to act as a single point of contact for this world-class client.

You'll be responsible for researching and seeking out stimulating, enlightening and captivating content ideas; you'll know what a great story looks like and where to go to find it!

You will spend your days researching, brainstorming and capitalising for this niche and exciting client sector. What's more, you'll be in constant contact with the client as their main liaison, working closely with them to deliver a truly forward-thinking content strategy. There is a level of account management in this role so you'll need to be super-organised.

While is it preferable that you have excellent written skills, this is a role beyond content creation and delivery, it's about working collaboratively with the wider content team and the client themselves to research and deliver on outstanding digital content - on time.

Previous experience with WordPress, being a whizz with Google Keywords and Google Analytics (being able to not only interpret them but also to use when planning new content), the ability to write killer headlines and do all your own image resizing are an absolute necessity!

About You

First and foremost you will be passionate about something! That could be anything - from art to history, to yoga retreats - whatever it is, you'll be passionate by the bucket load! If you're a motorcycle buff then even better!

You will be a 'content champion', naturally inquisitive, creative and analytical, with the confidence and ability to act as both client and team liaison ensuring that everyone is kept up to date on the latest news and stories.

You will ideally be used to working directly with clients, building rapport and gaining trust easily. This agency is highly collaborative, so valuing this and teamwork is essential. Furthermore, and it goes without saying that you will need to be highly organised and be prepared to go above and beyond for the client where needed.

Specifically (in regards to content), you will understand trends across digital, and in particular, social; you will constantly be ahead of your game, staying up to date with industry trends and changes across the digital landscape that will affect content-based strategies.
