Primary Job Responsibilities·Responsible for overall expense management for SH International·Preparation and analysis of monthly accruals and actuals·Support weekly forecasting of new markets
    Responsible for Expense Forecast submissions for SH International Businesses Support forecasting and budgeting processes across SH InternationalDevelop and deliver pan-SH reporting (including month- and quarter-end close reports and variance analysis, headcount reporting, and select portfolio reporting)Partner with business Finance teams and operational managers to ensure planning objectives are metAssist in development of finance presentations to SH’s senior management;Find and execute on opportunities to reduce non value-added work, improve on existing planning processes and maximize the value and impact of analyses
·Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline processes and build out reporting structures·Lead/support ad-hoc financial analysis projects
Job Requirements

·Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting required. Prior FP&A experience would be a strong advantage

·Minimum 3 - 5 years of prior experience in Finance or Accounting field in a high growth, global company preferably in internet based, high tech or financial services sectors

·Excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to excel in an ambiguous and diverse environment, and a collaborative style and approach

·Superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment

·High energy, a relentless customer-service orientation and entrepreneurial spirit

·Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Prior experience with ERP (including Workday ERP) and reporting systems (e.g. SAP, BI, BOBJ) and financial planning systems (e.g. Hyperion, Essbase, KhalixLongview etc) is a must

·Fluency in English, knowledge of an additional European language an advantage

·eBay experience is preferable due to working with the internal teams within the business

Salary; £65,000 to £75,000
