Technical Vendor Contracts Coordinator

Technical Vendor Contracts Coordinator is required by a market leading international business process outsourcing and professional services company based in Stoke Gifford, Bristol. The Role

As a Technical Vendor Contracts Coordinator you will be reporting to the Head of Contracts Management to achieve the team objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring all third party renewals are undertaken in an efficient and timely manner, in line with the customer commitment.

Your role is to ensure smooth transition of customers into support from sales and projects, ensure vendor contracts are renewed in a timely manner and maintain accurate database on all vendor support. You will have to provide vendor information for Account / Service Management teams and identify data discrepancies and amend accordingly.

The successful Technical Vendor Contracts Coordinator will have to monitor supports costs to ensure contracts continue to be profitable, identify any underperforming vendors and deal with support queries as and when arise from Service Desk, AMs, PMs and engineers.

Key experience:

- A Level GCSE grade C and above English and Maths essential (or equivalent)
- Previous Database Admin experience
- Good exposure in working with data and numbers
- Ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision
- Flexible attitude to meet business requirements
- Team player with genuine enthusiasm to make a contribution to the team
- Intermediate Excel skills

- Able to work methodically in a pressurised environment
- Keen attention to detail
