Job Role: We are seeking an office based Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced, niche E-commerce company based in Sheffield. As a small dynamic business the Project Coordinator will have a varying role from project administration, estimating, sales, CAD and social media, all using the latest technology. We focus on delivering projects on-time and on budget but as with all construction projects, things can change, so you will need to be a quick thinker, confident speaker, with a positive helpful attitude and an excellent grasp of details and costs.

The Company:

We're an exciting young business selling glass partitions across the UK via the internet. Having grown over a 3 year period to the market leaders in what we do, we're looking to expand further and extend our operations.

We sell nationally to big business, owner managers, architects, builders and domestic clients with a focus on excellent Customer Service.

We quote quickly, competitively and then look after our clients throughout the installation process.

Based in Kelham Island, we have great people working for us already and we're keen to find the right person to fit within that team.

Location: Kelham Island, Sheffield

Salary: £20k up to £25k OTE, depending on experience and performance related bonus.

The Candidate:

We're looking for a candidate with a range of skills and a CV that shows you are flexible and willing to learn. Specific project management experience is not essential. This role may suit a person fresh from Higher Education or someone considering a change of career direction.

Essential Requirements:

- An excellent telephone manner, articulate and confident.
- A willingness to talk to people to provide information and manage issues.
- A positive helpful "can-do" attitude.
- Numerate and an ability to sell and order technical products.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, projects and relationships.
- Self motivated and highly driven toward customer.
- Excellent communication skills, with a great attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own time effectively.
- Education to degree level would be desirable.
- Proven communication ability at multi level (Office Receptionist to Builder/Architect to Director level). Good level of written English.
- A willingness to learn the latest technology and constantly adapt.
- A technical, construction or architectural background would be a distinct advantage, but not essential.


The position is full-time (9am - 5pm, 5 days per week) and permanent. In return expect a salary of £20k up to £25k OTE, depending on experience and performance related bonus. 23 days paid holiday + Bank Holidays, and the chance to be there at the start of something great.
