Field Sales Engineer / External Technical Sales Manager

Midlands and M62 Corridor

- Up to £40,000 basic salary

The Company

My client is a long established and highly respected manufacturer in the HVAC industry, seeking an External Sales Engineer. With a comprehensive offering, they design, manufacture, install and consult in house. This includes their own bespoke software packages and designing their own control systems for a variety of HVAC systems. The successful Field Sales Engineer will be part of an experienced team where progression and growth potential is outstanding; they will offer help, training and any assistance as required. Field Sales Engineer / External Sales Manager Responsibilities

- Visiting customers across the Midlands and North, developing the existing key accounts and new business
- Developing HVAC solutions, often bespoke for a variety of applications
- Working alongside the internal sales team to help prepare proposals
- Manage the sales up to the right point to hand over to the project team

Field Sales Engineer / External Sales Manager Requirements

The following points are beneficial, not necessary

- Experience and knowledge in HVAC, ventilation, air handling units (AHU's), refrigeration etc.
- Proven experience in an external sales position
- Drive and determination
- Living in the Midlands or M62 corridor you could live in or near Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Leeds, Bradford, Birmingham, Nottingham, Leicester, Stoke-on-Trent, Doncaster, Warrington etc.
