- Working Monday to Friday
- Location: Central Chichester
- Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Overall Responsibilities for the Account Executive

You will be responsible for servicing accounts for a range of clients within the renewals lifecycle process, including but not limited to renewal administration, preparation of presentations to insurers, negotiating premiums with underwriters, processing adjustments and preparing client reports and other documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on the renewal process, preparation of submission and the gathering of information
- Obtain renewal terms for customers and identify potential alternative quotations before producing reports and discussing terms with customers
- Prepare documentation for existing customers in relation to renewals and mid-term adjustments
- Present and follow up on new business quotations
- Ensure all customer details are recorded accurately and entered onto system in a timely fashion
- Prepare renewal closings from renewal meeting minutes and ensure cover bound by renewal date
- Deal with Insurer queries in relation to customer policies
- Assist with customer queries relating to existing policies and liaise with insurers regarding potential changes and new terms for policies
- Check and deliver policy documentation
- Manage accounts enquiries and liaise with Account Department to resolve queries
- Attend client meetings on occasion with Senior staff members
- Understand and apply fundamental legal and regulatory policy in relation to internal policies and the insurance contract as required

To be successful in application for the Account Executive position:
