Client Manager - IT Service Delivery and Software Delivery role -

Your job will be to own, maintain and enhance the relationship between IT and customers (internal and external) to ensure exceptional service.

As a client manager working for a large organisation that provide services to other huge brands you will interface and drive relationships with stakeholders at a variety of end user clients.

This role has elements of account management, service delivery management and project management.

As the company engages new customers, your role will be instrumental in keeping the customer happy understanding and managing expectations during implementation to go live and BAU.

In the early stages of the project you will be party to planning the Service Design, working with the customer to understand their needs, business drivers and strategy.

As the project progresses you will need to keep aware of the project status and as the project goes live and into BAU you will have to manage, influence and leverage your relationships internally to ensure the service is ed to the customers SLA's and OLA's.

Ongoing regular meetings with the client will enable service reviews, looking for opportunities to improve and enhance the service and relationship.

The ideal person spec

- You will need to have worked in a client facing ITSM, ideally with ITIL V3 foundation, demonstrating experience of owning and managing a customer relationship.
- You must be a skilled communicator with high levels of EQ and the confidence to interact at all levels.
- Technically you should also be able to understand commercial contracts for the supply of IT services (development and infrastructure) including 3rd party supplier agreements, SLA's and OLA's.
- A broad understanding of both software development life cycle and also infrastructure platforms will be required
- A project management qualification would be beneficial as would relavant ITIL V3 Lifecycle (SD or SO) / Capability (SOA) modules but non-essential.
