An exciting opportunity has arisen, to join an established, successful and exciting client to help develop and build; we are looking for an Service Charge and Insurance Surveyor who is motivated, great work ethic, and focused. They will be based in Cheltenham.

This is a varied role, some of your duties will be;

  • Challenge excessive Insurance premiums invoiced to client tenants by their landlords working in conjunction with brokers.
  • Manage and update the Insurance database and proactively seek opportunities for savings.
  • Liaise with clients to secure savings by when other means have failed.
  • Challenge excessive Service Charge budgets and invoices issued by Landlords or their managing agents.
  • Update Service Charge case tracker.
  • Support admin staff to efficiently authorise payments on behalf of clients.

The current team is made up of a diverse range of highly-skilled and motivated individuals. If you'd like to join and contribute to a hardworking team then you must have:

  • MRICS or Working towards full membership or Equivalent
  • Experience in Landlord and tenant matters including good negotiation skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of leases and landlord and tenant legal basis.
  • Management or Service Charge experience and advantage.
