My client is a planned maintenance and facilities management contractor based in South Yorkshire. This is a new job vacancy in the company and is to be based out of the head office in Rotherham.
Your new role
Your responsibilities in this job role will include producing bid winning tenders primarily in the commercial maintenance market. Working closely with the General Manager you will continue to develop relationships and win repeat business at every opportunity. You will be commercially minded and looking for a role where you can play a integral part in the companies development.
What you'll need to succeed
Your experience of tendering for projects across multi-trades and ideally within the FM or maintenance sector will lead to your success. You will be diligent, commercially aware and be used to working to targets and deadlines. Your ability to use online systems and software will enable you to succeed in this job role.
My client is open to all levels of experience from Assistant Estimator through to Senior Estimator.
