A Senior Pensions Administrator job for 5 months in Sevenoaks, Kent
A new job vacancy has arisen for an in-house Senior Pensions Administrator on a 5 month fixed term contract in Sevenoaks, Kent.
The job role duties will mainly be to help the pensions department in undertaking a pensions correction exercise for DB (Defined Benefits) Final Salary only (no DC experience needed).
The person should be able to:
- Understand how pensions in payment increases using GMP in payment orders and RPI max 5%
- Know how to split GMP benefits from Excess benefits at SPA and know what increases to apply going forward
- Be able to identify whether a members pension has been incorrectly increased and why
- Be able to resolve any issues in conjunction with the rest of the team
