Service Account Manager role - Based at the company's offices in Leeds with some travel to customers across UK&I, the primary objective is to drive customer satisfaction, growth of new business with sales and retention of customer accounts. The Service Account Manager is the primary point of contact for customers post-sale and responsible for coordinating company resources to meet account objectives.

Key responsibilities for Service Account Manager role:

  • Design, agree and implement customer service plans and ensure SLAs are met
  • Provide clear realistic action plans for customer service teams

  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities for company products and services

  • Work with senior customer stakeholders to retain and grow revenues

  • Analyse statistics and evaluate the level of customer service being provided to customers

  • Develop customer service procedures, policies and standards

  • Drive a high customer satisfaction score

  • 4-5 years account management experience ideally in enterprise technology market*

Job Offer

  • £33,000 - £40,000 DOE + Annual Bonus.
  • Pension (5% non-contributory)
