-£18,000 - £25,000 basic salary (depending on experience) + an uncapped commission scheme.

  • Drive and develop new business through lead generation with the ability to qualify appointments - Appointments to be attended globally for Senior Management
  • Develop solid relationships with key internal stakeholders to introduce our company ethos and services
  • Ability to take a proactive approach to your own day and performance

Key Accountabilities

  • Consistently be able to achieve all KPIs set in line with company guidelines
  • Highly motivated, Enthusiastic and consistent in the approach to business development
  • Excellent Relationship building skills along with Communication skills (both verbally and written)
  • To deliver set Metrics - Calls/Appointments booked and literature requests
  • Ability to learn new sectors and skillsets
  • Self-confidence and self-motivation and a highly enthusiastic approach
  • A hunger for succeeding with a goal of Career progression
