Contact Centre - Team Manager (Maternity cover) - Kent - up to £28k
This company is the UK's leader in Travel Extra's and they are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Team Manager to join them and become part of their expert team. The workload is fast-paced, but the atmosphere is fun.
Contact Centre Team Manager - Responsibilities
- You must have brilliant coaching and management skills to drive the performance of their Travel Consultants by helping the team achieve their goals and perform at their best.
- You will be motivating, inspiring and able to expertly balance people's individual needs with the needs of the business and most importantly the customer.
- Work collaboratively with other Team Managers to support the delivery of great service, bookings and team development.
- You will be comfortable delivering feedback and able to use relevant data and metrics to coach and drive the performance of your team members.
- You'll have several years of experience managing people within a contact centre environment and a strong background in customer service
- You will focus on driving performance whilst keeping your team engaged. As a resilient and determined individual you will be able to cope with pressure and adapt to changing situations quickly.
Contact Centre Team Manager - Skills
- You must have strong communication skills and a flexible, pragmatic approach.
- A passion for sales and people development.
Contact Centre Team Manager - Hours of work
You will need to be available to work across the Contact Centre opening hours Monday to Friday 8am -11pm and Saturday & Sunday 8.30am - 8pm, on the following shift pattern
Week 1 - Monday to Friday 3pm - 11pm
Week 2 - 4 days per week Monday to Friday 1pm - 9pm plus 1 day at the weekend 8.30am - 5.30pm.
