Project Administrator - Media Agency

LOCATION: Newcastle, Tyne & Wear
SALARY: up to £18,000k (depending on experience)
OVERVIEW: A Junior Project Coordinator / Client Coordinator role with a global media agency. This role is a mix of administration, coordination & customer service and would serve as a great stepping stone to get into Project or Account Management.

What you could be doing?

*As a Junior Project Coordinator / Client Coordinator your role will be fast paced and varied as you aim to assist the Client Services team with their daily tasks.
*You will be the day to day contact for clients, suppliers and internal and external departments for daily projects and assist with any queries.
*Day to day you might be booking in jobs from clients using the internal MIS (management information system) and data management system & ensuring all relevant information is inputted for the project team.
*Support the project team with all administration such as invoicing, inputting project information into the system, monitoring workflows & other ad hoc tasks.
*Keep all clients and relevant parties up to date with the progress of the projects and responding to any queries.

What we are looking for…

*Excellent administration and project coordination experience.
*Outstanding customer service
*Positive attitude & willing to go the extra mile!
*High attention to detail and strong organisational skills are needed.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
*Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office package.
*Any industry experience of print, packaging, media or creative would be highly beneficial however not essential!
