A cutting-edge fin tech start-up is looking to hire a best-in-class Product Analyst to their talented BI team. Whilst in the role you will analyse a variety of data before highlighting pain points in the customer experience, suggesting changes and driving optimisation. You will also be responsible for suggesting A/B test ideas as well as receive on-the-job SQL training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Act as the key point of contact for Product Analytics within the business
* Analyse site and app behavioural data
* Provide suggestions to drive optimisation and UX engagement
* Pull offline data into your reporting using SQL, and present with their data visualisation solution
* Liaise with senior stakeholders across a range of business areas

REQUIREMENTS

* Expert skills with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
* Exposure to Mixpanel is highly desirable
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience working in an eCommerce or Mobile App focused environment
* Amiable personality, increasing buy-in from the business

SALARY

If successful in your application you will receive a basic salary ranging up to £45,000 + Benefits.
