This role is mainly concerned with people management within a sales environment – this is a technical product and would suit a sales professional with a technical background and proven track record in solution based sales.
Introducing a targeted prospecting culture and increasing existing conversion rates.
Reviewing sales targets and commission schemes to ensure optimum results.
Establish standard operating procedures and documents around customer relationships and work handovers.
Managing and coaching a diverse location team of sales staff
Developing team sales skills to match customer need with targeted proposals reflecting the whole proposition.
Recent experience of people management within a sales team.
Proven sales & negotiating experience
