Core Responsibilities

To plan and execute web, SEM, CRM, email marketing and social media marketing strategies- driving digital excellence across the business.

- Work closely with key stakeholders to create and implement Young's & Geronimo digital strategy
- Design and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Lead the continued development of company App and websites, devising strategies to drive usage and continuing to improve usability, content and conversion
- Manage external agencies to maximise online presence & productivity
- Managing Digital Content Manager to develop and deliver relevant content plans to reach Young's target audience
- Engage with and provide inspiration for Operations Managers, Sales and Marketing Coordinators and General Managers on the value of delivering digital excellence across the business

Website Management

- Responsible for activation and effectiveness of all core Young's & Geronimo websites
- Track conversion rates and make recommendations for Young's and Geronimo ongoing website development
- Drive compliancy & ensure websites are fully up to date.

App Management

- Responsible for ongoing strategy and innovation of On Tap the Young's and Geronimo app- Working closely with our digital agencies and IT Digital Services Manager
- Responsible for driving the engagement strategy for the App

Social Media Management

- Collaborate with Content Marketing Manager to create and manage all published content across our social media channels (images, video and written)
- Oversee strategy for monitoring and responding to online reviews

Email Marketing

- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns (design, copy and segmentation) working with central marketing team
- Analyse current email marketing campaigns with recommendations for improvement
- A/B test on various email campaigns to establish the most effective communication techniques

Digital Analysis, Reporting and Training

- Use appropriate analytics to measure, evaluate and report against goals and performance of all digital marketing activity and plans
- Test, review and report on success/opportunities for central email campaigns and App downloads
- Oversee paid search, SEO and PPC
- Identify trends and insight to optimise spend and performance based on these insights
- Measure success & provide evidence of ROI
- Provide digital training as required
- Conduct digital reviews by operations area providing solutions to improve effectiveness of our digital delivery

CRM

- Work closely with key stakeholders to develop Young's CRM strategy
- Implement the CRM strategy - liaising with agencies to deliver targeted customer engagement
- Manage the quality of our database and ongoing growth of quality data

Building Relationships

- Provide guidance and coaching for Digital Content Manager
- Engage effectively with Ops Managers & Marketing Managers to communicate marketing initiatives, strategies & results.
- Be the custodian of digital excellence - coach and inspire General Managers and Sales & Marketing Coordinators to drive the importance of digital within their business
- Add value through digital marketing expertise whilst demonstrating a good understanding of operational and hospitality requirements.
- Demonstrate an ability to manage cross functional marketing projects.
- Respect colleagues expectations and requirements, evidencing value in all that we do

Desired skills & experience:

- Conceiving and developing integrated marketing campaigns as part of wider marketing team, focussing on the digital channels
- Shaping a brand strategy and developing an engaging tone of voice that resonates with target audiences
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to optimise campaign performance
- A/B testing to maximise conversion rate optimisation
- PPC & organic search experience.
- Managing agencies and direct report
- Experience in digital marketing role - minimum4 years.
