Project Co-ordinator - Commercial Furniture SpecialistsThe CompanyMomentarily I have a top main contractor who are seeking a Project Co-ordinator for their highly acclaimed commercial furniture specialist. With completing a variety of projects in various sectors from leisure and education to tech and workstations. This design and furnish company have been established for many years and still to this day deliver the highest level of quality and personal service due to their excellent staff.The RoleThe Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects for one of our major clients from quotation to completion. Key accountabilities include using QuoteWerks to create and process quotes, check orders against POs placed, work closely with suppliers, manage the handover of projects from sales to PMs. The role also involves creating, monitoring and closing out financial reports as well as checking and signing of invoices against orders placed and keeping the financial system up to date.Requirements Previous experience of working within the furniture industry A proficient user of Excel and Outlook and preferably have some experience working with QuoteWerks or similar quoting or finance systems. And most importantly you will need to be just as passionate about furniture.Project Co-ordinator - Commercial Furniture Specialists
