Time Recruitment is searching for a Clinical Lead - RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified who is interested a permanent clinical management vacancy in the area of Chester, Cheshire to work for a reputable national care provider renowned across east midlands for its quality of care and specialist care areas.

This care home is for older people, set in large grounds. There are 93 bedrooms in total which is divided into two units. The first unit has 48 rooms over three floors. Two floors provide care and support for people living with general nursing requirements and dementia care needs and the other floor offered
residential care. the second unit has 45 bedrooms over two floors both of which provide care and support for people with nursing requirements and dementia care needs.

Your role will be staff development lead and you will lead the nursing and care team from the floor with support from the home manager and a clinical lead nurse, you will lead on auditing functions, preparing for CQC inspections whilst managing complex assessments and discharges, DOLS requests and act as a family liaison for the facility.

Your role will be largely supernumerary but will encourage you to know the patients by standing in clinically when needed and maintaining your clinical skills.
