Description of role and person:

We are looking for a qualified NVQ Assessor to work full time for a well-respected training provider. You will be assessing Apprenticeships within Business Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading and Management up to Level 3. You will be delivering the full Apprenticeship framework which includes Functional Skills in Maths, English and IT up to Level 2. You will prepare and review session plans, schemes of work and teaching and learning materials to meet individual learning needs. You will accurately complete all relevant paperwork, continually monitor and review learners' progress and monitor attendance, punctuality and progress whilst building portfolios with learners. You will manage your own diary although you will have a caseload of 45 learners on framework Apprenticeships all based in one location. This role is full time and permanent.

Job

- You will be delivering Level 2 and 3 apprenticeships in Business Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading and Management.

- You will manage your own diary in this field based role although you will be based in one location.
- You will need to be able to accurately complete administration and work to targets.
- Responsibility of running your own diary.
- Prepare and review session plans, schemes of work and teaching and learning materials to meet individual learning needs.
- Embed Equality and Diversity in the curriculum.
- Continually monitor and review learners' progress.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality and progress whilst building portfolios with learners.
- Offer IAG on further learning and progression opportunities.
- Assist in meeting company targets, retention, progression and achievement of all learners.

Requirements

- Assessors Award - D32, D33, A1 or TAQA
- Recent experience delivering Level 2 and 3 apprenticeships in Business Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading and Management
- Experience delivering Functional Skills up to Level 2 in Maths, English and ICT preferred, however training can be given to the right candidate
