Anti Social Behaviour Worker (South Tyneside)
The main purpose of this role is to provide a high quality service for victims of Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) throughout South Tyneside. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of clients, providing them with practical and emotional support and you will also co-ordinate and support a small team of volunteers who assist with cases.
The successful candidate must have experience of delivering casework and of directly supporting vulnerable people. You will have excellent listening and communication skills and be able to work both independently and within a team setting. You'll also have experience of managing, prioritising and organising a demanding caseload and of liaising with a variety of external partners in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
The post is 22.5 hours per week (which can be worked flexibly across weekdays to meet the needs of the service) and is based in South Tyneside Homes offices (South Shields).
