Sales Executive in London, South East, West Sussex - Sales Executive

The client, a leading air charter organisation with world wide presence and a brand that stands for quality and professionalism is looking for two Sales Executives to join the team on the outskirts of London
The Sales Executive is a sales role focusing on the acquisition of new clients in line with the company strategy and vision. The role is primarily outbound telephone based focusing on both B2B and B2C customers with a requirement for aircraft charter, typically within Private Jets, Commercial Jets or Freight.

The key deliverable will be to take a cold or warm lead through the sales funnel to making their first booking. Following the first booking, the ongoing relationship will then be managed by an Account or Sales Manager, depending on the client suitability.

Job Accountabilities

- Researching and identifying prospective clients that could have suitable Aircraft Charter requirements
- Building prospective client lists for targeting
- Engage in regular outbound activity through phone, email and 3rd party tools such as LinkedIn
- Proactively setting appointment with prospective clients
- Selling products into multiple industry verticals such as Financial Services, Travel, Sport and Oil & Gas
- Business to Business and Business to Customer sales focus
- Working and logging activity intra-day within CRM
- Assessing the wants and needs of the prospective clients and offering the most appropriate solution or a mix of solutions from the client's products
- Understanding and influencing the client's decision-making process and lead the client to positive decisions on client sales proposals
- Providing a professional and effective service to internal and/or external customers, and to meet client expectations in terms of quality and timeline
- Assisting the UK and overseas colleagues who may need to seek advice on sales techniques

Skills & Experience

- At least 1-year successful B2B telesales sales experience
- Experience with making high call volumes daily
- Be a self-starter
- Experience using Linkedin and other 3rd party sales tools
- Experience using a CRM
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
- Ability to build successful relationships with clients, contacts and fellow colleagues - Highly motivated, resilient and self-confident with the ability to maintain high levels of enthusiasm
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Customer centric with a persuasive nature
- Business / commercial acumen and a professional approach to work
